Among the spaces other than the home and the office, where modern people spend the majority of their working time, we have considered which spaces and activities are the most necessary. Urban Grove is a space designed so that modern people can enjoy rest and relaxation at the same time as shopping for various goods necessary for daily life. This space was designed with the theme of a small forest as a place where users can reduce stress and feel refreshed. Users can enjoy a more leisurely and comfortable daily life through various walks, rest and shopping at Urban Grove.

Currently, it can be said that the implementation of overseas attractions in Korea's commercial complexes is a major trend. In contrast, Urban Grove. It was planned based on experience design from the user's perspective, rather than using an exotic location as a theme. What users in urban infrastructure need is a small, peaceful and interesting garden outside the city, and horticultural landscaping within it, which is defined and implemented as the concept of modern people's relaxation. This is to provide users with a level of experience that goes beyond visual interest.

For pedestrians, a hierarchy has been established according to the width of the passage, such as Boulevard, Avenue, Road and Ally, and a circular movement line has been planned so that users can easily regroup in the courtyard without losing their bearings. We have also prepared a transit route for customers who live in adjacent properties. For customers using vehicles to enter the basement, we planned to allow them to feel natural light and outside air, such as snow and rain, even on the basement floor through the sunken inner courtyard pavilion in the central plaza.

Commercial facilities in a new city require a landmark that complements the city's infrastructure while also having symbolic significance. Themed shopping malls that simply replicate famous overseas attractions tend to lose their appeal over time or after experiencing the actual attractions in person. Each place has its own unique symbolism, and all necessary things are gathered here so that people can visit it and become a tourist attraction. Urban Grove was designed with user experience in mind and marketed commercially.
